Speakers:

Stephen Peters is a staff attorney at Disability Rights California working primarily with the Client Assistance Program. Prior to joining Disability Rights California, Stephen advocated for the rights of individuals under guardianship and conservatorship at Disability Rights Oregon.

Rebecca Hoyt is a Senior Advocate with the Client Assistance Program at Disability Rights California. In addition to advocating on behalf of people with disabilities seeking employment, Rebecca has a background in special education advocacy, gang intervention and working with youth in the delinquency and dependency systems.
