This policy tells you about Disability Rights California’s (DRC) privacy practices.  It applies only to our website www.disabilityrightsca.org.  It does not apply to information DRC collects other ways.

It tells you how we collect, use, and disclosure your “personally identifiable” information when you use our website. It also tells you the choices you have about your information.

DRC honors the privacy of visitors to our website.  We will not sell or give away your personally identifiable information without your written consent.

DRC’s website contains links to other sites. These sites have separate and independent privacy policies. DRC is not responsible for the content or privacy practices of other sites.  We encourage website users to know when they leave our website. We urge you to read the privacy statements of other sites.

Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act compliance

DRC protects children’s privacy.  We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under 13 years of age. We direct our website, products and services to people who are at least 13 years old or older.
