Estos son pasos legales que usted puede tomar cuando un distrito escolar no cumple con las leyes de educación especial, cuando existe un desacuerdo con respecto al Programa de Educación Individualizado (IEP) de su hijo, y/o cuando se han violado los derechos civiles de su hijo.
