Members of the public participate in Board meetings in a "view and listen only" mode.

Public participation at a Board meeting is limited to the public comment period. This means attendees will not be able to chat with Board members or comment during the meeting outside of that time. Please see the agenda for that time.
Efforts will be made to accommodate each individual. However, given time constraints, there is no guarantee that all who have signed up to provide public comments will be able to address the Board.

During the Public Comment portion of the agenda, no staff or DRC Board Member will respond to questions or inquiries. When appropriate, a DRC representative will follow up in a timely manner. Each approved participant will be added to the agenda and receive a specific amount of time allotted for their comment, but is subject to change the day of the meeting.
