Important Update: Important Update: To be considered to participate in the Public Comment portion of this Board Meeting, you must submit your registration by 2 pm on June 13, 2025. If you register after the deadline, you may attend the Board Meeting but will not be considered for Public Comment.

Members of the public participate in Board meetings in a "view and listen only" mode.

  • Public participation at a Board meeting is limited to the public comment period. This means attendees will not be able to chat with Board members or comment during the meeting outside of that time. Please see the agenda for that time.
  • Efforts will be made to accommodate each individual. However, given time constraints, there is no guarantee that all who have signed up to provide public comments will be able to address the Board.
  • We ask that all participants read and adhere to DRC’s Etiquette for Virtual Meetings.

If registering for public comment, I understand that my submission must be approved, but there is no guarantee. During the Public Comment portion of the agenda, no staff or DRC Board Member will respond to questions or inquiries. When appropriate, a DRC representative will follow up in a timely manner. Each approved participant will be added to the agenda and receive a specific amount of time allotted for their comment, but is subject to change the day of the meeting.
