  4. DRC Position on Electronic Visit Verification (EVV)

    Electronic Visit Verification (EVV)- Update February 2023 Beginning July 1, 2023, providers must check in and out at the beginning and ending of each shift in real time. Providers will have three ways to check-in: (1) via smartphone using a mobile application, (2) online using the Electronic Services Portal, or (3) through a landline phone using the Telephone Timesheet System. Live-in providers are exempt from this requirement.
