About the webinar:
Many youth are overwhelmed and fearful about the challenges they face when entering adulthood. With many decisions to make and increased responsibilities, becoming an adult presents new challenges. There are many resources and services for youth with mental health disabilities to help with the transition to adulthood. These may include assistance with living independently, applying for and attending college or vocational school and entering the workforce.
Come join us as we discuss resources available for youth with mental health disabilities to ensure a successful transition to adulthood. These resources relate to:
- Independent Living
- Post-Secondary Education
- Careers
