About the webinar:

You may not know that, as a youth with a disability, you may qualify for disability benefits. The benefits process can be complicated. It can be difficult to figure out how to apply for them and how to keep them once you turn 18 years old. Depending on your age and ability to work, you may qualify for different benefits. In this webinar, we will explain the differences between Supplemental Security Income and Social Security Disability Insurance. We will also cover how to apply for these benefits.

Come join us as we discuss disability benefits for youth, including:

  • How do I know if I qualify for benefits?
  • What benefits are available?
  • Supplemental Security Income (SSI)
  • Social Security Disability Insurance (SSDI)
  • How to apply for and keep these benefits
