California Listening Session on the AbilityOne Program and the Payment of Subminimum Wages to People with Disabilities

When: Tuesday, October 22, 2019 6:00 - 8:00 p.m.

Where: Elihu M. Harris, State Office Building 1515 Clay Street Oakland, CA 94612 (closest BART stop 12th Street/ Oakland City Center)

What: The National Disability Rights Network (NDRN) is producing a report for the National Council on Disability (NCD) on the U.S. AbilityOne program and the use of subminimum wage certificates by the program.
