  • Case No. 2:22-cv-02335-MWF

About the case:

The Los Angeles  Community College District, West Los Angeles College, and the plaintiff class representative in the Cline v. WLAC et al. class action lawsuit have reached a Settlement Agreement.  Under the settlement, LACCD and WLAC will provide an on-campus shuttle service at West Los Angeles College. The shuttle is for people who have disabilities that make it difficult to navigate long distances, inclines, or uneven terrain, and who attend or would like to attend on-campus classes or events. A federal court will review this agreement before it receives final approval.

If you have a disability that makes it difficult for you to navigate long distances, up inclines, or uneven terrain, and attend, would like to attend, or will attend on-campus classes or events at West Los Angeles College, you are a member of the proposed settlement class in this lawsuit.
