City of Seal Beach Upcoming Run-Off Election on 1/31

On January 31, 2023, the City of Seal Beach is holding a run-off election for the Councilmember seats for Districts 3 and 5. In addition to receiving a mail ballot automatically for this Election, voters will have two options for in-person voting:

  1. Any voter can vote in person at the Orange County elections office in Santa Ana. The address, phone number, and hours of operation are on the “About” page of the county elections website. 
  2. Voters with disabilities can contact the county elections office directly to request delivery of a ballot marking device to their home. Voters are encouraged to contact the County at 714-567-7600 as soon as possible to schedule this service.

RAVBM is also available and allows voters with disabilities (and all other voters) to download an electronic ballot to their computer, mark it using their own assistive technology, and then print it out to return. Voters should follow the return instructions included with the electronic ballot. To request an RAVBM ballot, voters can:

  • Seal Beach City Clerk’s office, 211 Eighth Street
  • Mary Wilson Branch Library, 707 Electric Avenue
  • Orange County Registrar of Voters office, 1300 S. Grand Ave., Bldg. C in Santa Ana.
