About the workshop:

People with Disabilities (PwD) on the Move is a DRC series that will educate, engage, and empower people with disabilities around transportation options in Los Angeles County.

This series will:

  • Review available transportation services—including bus and rail systems, paratransit, Dial A Ride, non-emergency medical transportation, and ride share services.
  • Examine the accessibility and affordability of available transportation services.
  • Share findings from DRC’s 2025 public transportation survey.
  • Host a community conversation about systemic barriers to community access and solutions, exploring priority improvements for people with disabilities.
