Testimony concerned California laws intended to improve voter registration and voter participation, specifically, the California Motor Voter Law and the Voter’s Choice Act.

The California Motor Voter Law seeks to improve voter registration at the California Department of Motor Vehicles.  The Voter's Choice Act allows 14 counties in 2018 and all counties in 2020 the option to use a vote center model.
