The Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services proposed a new rule to help people access Medicaid. The deadline for public comment is July 3rd. This webinar will explain parts of the rule in plain language to prepare the community for public comment.
As we demand accountability and quality in our systems, such as in regional center services, person-centered planning, and the HCBS settings rule implementation, this is a chance to make your voice heard.
