Webinar: Proposed Rule on Ensuring Access to Medicaid Services: What Californians with Developmental Disabilities Need to Know

The federal government proposed a new rule on access to Medicaid which would affect home- and community-based services (HCBS) and other services for disabled Californians. In particular, this rule could provide more oversight and accountability in our developmental disabilities system. This webinar will go over the proposed changes and have an opportunity to ask questions so that you can provide feedback on the proposed rule. Spanish translation, ASL, and captioning provided.
