About the webinar:
This workshop will explain the legal requirements for eviction notices in California. This will include what information must be in the notice, how it should be served, and ways a tenant can respond.
We will also discuss strategies for resolving and hopefully even avoiding an eviction notice. This workshop focuses on the pre-unlawful detainer notice and will not address unlawful detainer litigation.
This workshop is for legal information only. If you receive an eviction notice, you should consult an attorney for legal advice.
