About the webinar:
Join DRC’s Housing Stability Project for an explanation of the legal requirements for eviction notices in California. This workshop focuses on the pre-unlawful detainer notice and will not address unlawful detainer litigation.
During the workshop, you’ll learn:
- What information must be in the notice
- How a notice should be served
- Ways a tenant can respond
- Strategies for resolving and hopefully even avoiding an eviction notice.
