DRC collaborated with the Riverside County Elections staff on a voting rights training at the Riverside Easter Seals Office. The training was for participants of their Adult Day Program.

We gave the group general information about the voter registration process and discussed the different requirements a person must meet to be eligible to vote. We talked about how a voter can update their information if they move and about different opportunities to be involved in the elections process. The group members tested the County’s voting machines and tried out the different accessibility features as well.
