Webinar:
Informed Consent - Your Right to Know

This webinar will provide information about your right to know about your medical treatment, including medication your doctor might prescribe. We will discuss how to work with your doctor to get the treatment that is right for you.

About the webinar:

When you see your doctor, it’s not unusual to be nervous and reluctant to ask questions about your treatment. Your doctor may prescribe psychiatric medication without explaining the reasons for taking it or its potential benefits, side effects or other available treatment options. You have the right to know this information so you can make an informed decision before accepting or rejecting the treatment. Join this webinar and learn about your right to informed consent and how to work with your doctor to get the right treatment for you.
