November 2008
Use International Education Week on November 17-21 to launch your dreams
Ever wonder what it would be like to study Italian for a summer in Rome? Volunteer with the Peace Corps in Paraguay? Conduct research as a Fulbright scholar abroad? Teach English in Morocco? Study at a high school in the United States? Whatever your international dream, the National Clearinghouse on Disability and Exchange (NCDE) can help you get there! We work to increase the participation and inclusion of people with disabilities in international exchange programs.

International Education Week 2008 is an opportunity to celebrate the benefits of international education and exchange worldwide. This joint initiative of the U.S. Department of State and the U.S. Department of Education is part of our efforts to promote programs that prepare Americans for a global environment and attract future leaders from abroad to study, learn, and exchange experiences in the United States.
