LOS ANGELES

The Los Angeles Regional Office of Disability Rights California will be providing training over the telephone to persons with disabilities, their family members, and advocates about the recent regional center cuts and how to file an appeal. Some will be in English and others will be in Spanish. Any additional trainings will be announced later.

Anyone wishing to participate from the Los Angeles and surrounding area should call the Los Angeles Regional Office at (213) 427-8747, TTY (800) 719-5798, toll free (800) 776-5746, to schedule a time to attend one of the trainings. Since space at each training is limited, please call as soon as possible to reserve a spot. Additionally, although Disability Rights California will not charge any fee for this training, your company may charge you for participating. Please contact your phone company directly for phone charges for participating in the call.

The San Diego Regional Office of Disability Rights California will be providing training over the telephone to interested Disability Rights California Clients and Constituents about the recent regional center cuts and how to file an appeal.

Anyone wishing to participate from the San Diego and surrounding area should call the San Diego Regional Office at (619) 239-7861 or toll free at (800) 776-5746, to schedule a time to attend one of the trainings. Since space is limited, please call as soon as possible to reserve a spot.

Although Disability Rights California will not charge any fees for this training, your telephone company may charge you for participating. Please contact your telephone company directly for possible phone charges for participating in the call.
